There will be no refund on used or worn watches. After trying on the watch you have purchased if it is not entirely to your liking, you would like to return it follow the return instructions.
Return Instructions
You must return all original factory box, booklet, plastic wraps, anything and every thing that has been shipped to you and is related to the watch. All merchandise returned to tuxednyc.com for exchange or refund must be packed and insured properly to avoid loss or damage during shipping. A copy of the receipt along with a note requesting a refund or exchange is also required.
You MUST send an email to our Customer Service at Tuxedousa@yahoo.com requesting for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate your order number. Please also include your reasons for returning the watch so we may improve service to our customers. This email request for RMA must be received by us within 14 days after receipt of the watch. We must receive the return in 8 business days after RMA is issued. Otherwise, we cannot provide the refund.
